COVE HARBOR WATERFRONT RV RESORT 

While this bay front resort offers a relaxing stay, it’s central location allows you to explore the sights around beautiful Rockport. At the end of a long day, you’ll be happy to return to a place as peaceful and beautiful as Cove Harbor Waterfront RV Resort! Be sure to check out the shops downtown, Rockport Beach, The Big Tree, Fulton Pier and the North Cove Bird Sanctuary, which is steps away from the Resort.

Perfect location. Best feature was that it is gated!!! Clean. Decent laundry room. Loved the workout room! Great involved staff when we stayed there (I think the manager moved since). Nice club house. Wish they had card operated laundry machines Vs coins … and a pier to fish off of for guests. Also wish the pool was heated or they had a jacuzzi but you can’t have everything. I felt safe here and we enjoyed our stay more than any other place.

Loved it here! The RV park had clean showers, great clubhouse. Offered curb trash pick up. Ice maker and coffe for guests in the clubhouse. They had a pancake breakfast for guests the 1st morning we were they. They even had sausage bacon juice and fruit. Well kept RV park and everyone was helpful for us RV newbies. They also had a pool and right on the water. The pet area was kept clean.

Cove Harbor RV/Coach Resort checked all of our boxes for our maiden voyage in our new fifth wheel! The amenities were exactly what we needed for the week:
✅ safe/ gated entry
✅ incredibly clean/ well kept
✅ boat slip
✅ pet friendly
✅ pool for our kiddo
✅ shower house (great water pressure!)
✅ workout facilities
The owner/ staff couldn’t have been friendlier!
There is a small walking space north of the main office if you want to take your dog on a little stroll. There are also 2 grassy areas on either end of the park for our furry family members.There is a bird-watching boardwalk nearby that is beautiful to watch the sunrise. SR Boil House restaurant is directly next to the resort if you want the grab something to eat.
Thank you for a great week, Cove Harbor! We already booked a spot for Summer 2025!

We have been at Cove Harbor for just over a week and we love it! Staff has been very kind. The property is gated and kept very clean! There is a beautiful bird watching pier next door that sets up a perfect 1 mile walk. The club house has games, a fitness center, full kitchen, and a commercial ice machine. Pool is overlooking the harbor and beautiful! All sites are back in but very spacious. We will definitely be coming back!

Very clean and one of the nicest rv parks we have stayed at. Pretty much all concrete and great amenities. Tom is always nice and willing to help with any issues. Pool
Is clean and not crowded. Love the ice machine and clubhouse. Staff is super nice. We will be back!
